The kitchen prefers fresh and zero kilometre ingredients, both farm-to-table and sea-to-table. We offer traditional dishes with a modern twist. During the season, we favor fresh and sparkling cuisine, trying to combine lightness with quality. The menus are updated daily, and desserts are homemade. Our staff gathers the dietary requirements of each of our guests, diversifying the proposals but paying the utmost attention to the quality of the dishes provided. The alternative, on the beach, is called
“L’ombra” (The Shade), a small but tasty refreshment point. It is more informal but, nevertheless, attentive to product quality. It offers fried options, cold dishes, salads and take-away meals.
